Homework problems
Connor,
Random error is (max-min)/number, E = IR + Ir R is resistance in heater, E = emf and I = current
Jimmy G
x10-6.
Suzy
Every 5 boxes on the x-axis is 5ms.
How many boxes till the wave repeats itself? Answer 20.
Therefore 1 wave has T = 20 ms.
f = 1/T = 1/20ms = 50 Hz
Brian
If the Heater is in parallel then R is halved so you get
E = IR + Ir and E = I(R/2) + Ir
E and r are fixed so how does I vary?
